DIGITAL ART: Present and future of NFTs and digitalization in art and fashion

The massive development of the technological and multimedia industry has given rise to new kind of arts commonly grouped under the category of digital art. However, from a juridical point of view, what is digital art?

Advocacy&Litigation invites the fellow students to an event with three prominent figures as:

The experts will analyze the different kind of digital arts and the current laws regulating the field, focusing in particular on non-fungible tokens on the fashion sector. The event will be moderated by Professor Emanuela Prandelli of the Department of Management and Technology of the Bocconi University.
