Moot Courts
The Moot Court competition is the historical and founding project of our association and consists of a simplified trial simulation that provides aspiring lawyers with the opportunity to compete and demonstrate their skills on practical cases, testing their legal skills. The Moot Court team of our association takes care of the creative drafting of the cases that will be discussed in the simulations and of the preparation of seminars aimed at learning the best techniques of debate and drafting of memoranda.
The project is divided into two simulations: one in the autumn, the Moot Court Senior , aimed at third, fourth and fifth year students, which involves dealing with a commercial law case, and one in the spring, the Moot Court Junior , aimed at first and second year students, which deals with a civil law case.
