Advocacy&Litigation was founded in 2012 as the first student association of the Faculty of Law with the aim of bringing the study of law closer to law in action , in order to promote the personal and professional growth of our members, as well as of any other student participating in our initiatives. A&L is one of the most active university associations at Bocconi and we are proud to have managed to become, to date, the largest and most enterprising association of our School of Law. We are proud to help and support our members, creating unique opportunities for them and a network of people who have always been committed to helping each other. Find out who we are!

Negli ultimi anni le più grandi Big-Tech statunitensi hanno avuto numerose controversie legali con l’autorità Antitrust europea a causa del mancato allineamento al Digital Markets Act (DMA) e al Digital Services Act (DSA). Apple, Meta e Alphabet, i principali protagonisti, sono nel mirino del mercato europeo: in risposta, ad agosto, il Presidente degli Stati Uniti Donald Trump ha minacciato aumenti di tariffe e controllo sulle esportazioni per tutti i paesi le cui tasse, regole o leggi discriminano le Big-Tech americane.
